Ryan is one of the owners at All Terrain, him and his wife Jen, have 3 kids , 1 dog and a puppy on the way. Chances are if you can’t find Ryan in the office or out on the field working, you can find him hunting. As a child, Ryan wanted to be a police officer, which he went to go to school for and graduated. He was offered a position with the Minnesota state police but turned it in favor of his new business.

Matt Langemo, Customer Relations Manager

Just like any other lawn care person, Matt double majored in Mass Communication and Classical Languages. He loves spending time with his wife and their children, hitting golf balls, and catching bass. Matt hopes that his next family vacation is to Legoland in Florida, he knows the kids would love it.

As our Customer Relations Manager, the company value that drives Matt the most is Customer Experience. The focus that is put on our customer’s entire experience is what separates us from other companies.

Favorite Food: French Toast or Scallops. Not served together though.

Darcy Byrne, Director of Operations

Darcy is married to his wife Molly, and has 2 children, Andrea and Evan. On Darcy’s time away from work, he enjoys being at his kids’ games watching them play and seeing the enjoyment they get out of it. He enjoys being at the lake with everyone, fishing, staying up to date on his favorite sports teams and nerding over the Olympics. As a child, he always wanted to be a sports athlete when he grew up.

What Darcy likes about our company values is that they all feed off each other. They have great value to develop and maintain efficiency and success. If he HAD to pick one, it would be Team.

Brad is a happy husband, father of 3, and has a large dog named Ridley. When Brad isn’t at work, he enjoys spending time outside with his kids looking for critters like frogs, salamanders, and crawfish just to name a few. Some other hobbies include bow hunting, ice fishing, and golfing. 

Brad’s favorite company value is Customer Experience. He always strives to do as good a job as he can to deliver a positive experience and satisfying results.

Fun Fact: He is a collector, collects anything from sports cards to casino chips.

On his time away from work, Josh likes to go camping and going to the lake with his family. Josh is happily married with two kids and one cat. His self-proclaimed most interesting fact is that he drinks cold black coffee in the morning and as a child, he wanted to be an architect or a chiropractor.

Josh’s favorite company value is to Give Back, it always feels better to give than to receive.

Jen is one of the owners at All Terrian. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Ryan. Together they have 3 kids, one dog, and one puppy on the way. A couple of Jen’s favorite things are reading and scrapbooking. Scrapbooking has been one of her favorite hobbies for over 21 years. As a child, Jen wanted to be a teacher and she was one for 9 years.

The value that drives Jen the most is Customer Experience because the art of customer service has been slowly dying. 

Hidden Talent: Jen knows how to play the piano.

Favorite Movie: It’s a 3-way tie between October Baby, Annie and Something Borrowed.

Interesting Fact: Jen likes to peel things such as the plastic that covers new products.

Ann is a proud mom with 2 grown sons and 2 grown cats. Whenever Ann is not at the office, chances are you can find her at the lake, taking in concerts, or at a community event. Ann is hoping her next vacation is to sunny, warm Mexico. It’s almost like the lake, but a little bit bigger. As a child, Ann wanted to be a belly dancer when she grew up.

Jaslynn is a wife and mother of three, which means she’s always on the go. Her sons play hockey, baseball, and football so you could say there’s a lot of nights where you can find her cheering on her boys. Outside of work and her children’s activities, you can find Jaslynn spending time with her family, at the lake, and traveling to warm, relaxing destinations.

Nicole Nyhlen, HR/Accounting Manager

Nicole is married and a mom to two girls and one boy. Typically, when Nicole isn’t at work, you can find her cheering on her kids at their Volleyball, Cross County, Nordic Skiing (brrr), Lacrosse games. Otherwise, if it’s just her, she can be found with a good book and a hot cup of cocoa, coffee, or Russian tea. Or building something in the garage. As a child, Nicole wanted to be an Egyptologist. She still loves the pyramids and is still extremely fascinated with Egyptian history and culture.

The value that drives Nicole the most is Customer Experience. Life is about the people you meet. Making someone’s day a little bit better by being kind isn’t something that is hard to do. You get to know the customers that you service and they can end up becoming an extension of your family.

Esther Saavedra, Marketing Manager

Esther is a happy aunt to many nieces and nephews, including a goofy little Frenchie. As a child, Esther wanted to be famous, she doesn’t like to sing in public or didn’t think she could be an actress so that didn’t pan out how she had hoped. When Esther isn’t at work, odds are she’s hanging out with her boyfriend, at a concert or out thrifting/shopping for some cool finds.

From our company values, the one that drives Esther the most is our Give Back value. Being a part of something that values giving back to others and our community shows how much they care.
