MATT LANGEMO, OWNER
Just like any other lawn care person, Matt double majored in Mass Communication and Classical Languages. He loves spending time with his wife and their children, hitting golf balls, and catching bass. Matt hopes that his next family vacation is to Legoland in Florida, he knows the kids would love it.
The company value that drives Matt the most is Customer Experience. The focus that is put on our customer’s entire experience is what separates us from other companies.
Favorite Food: French Toast or Scallops. Not served together though.

Go-to Karaoke Songs: Matt says that the best songs are upbeat, short, and popular so there’s crowd participation. His three songs, in order, are “Mountain Music” by Alabama, “Basket Case” by Green Day, and “Friends in Low Places” by Garth Brooks.

RYAN SUCH, ADVISOR, CONSULTANT, OR SOMETHING
Ryan is happily married to his high school sweetheart and together they have 3 kids, and a dog. Chances are if you can’t find Ryan in the office or out on the field working, you can find him hunting. As a child, Ryan wanted to be a police officer, which he went to go to school for and graduated.
The company value that drives Ryan the most is Team.

DARCY BYRNE, DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Darcy is married to his wife Molly, and has 2 children. On Darcy’s time away from work, he enjoys being at his kids’ games watching them play and seeing the enjoyment they get out of it. He enjoys being at the lake with everyone, fishing, staying up to date on his favorite sports teams and nerding over the Olympics. As a child, he always wanted to be a sports athlete when he grew up.
What Darcy likes about our company values is that they all feed off each other. They have great value to develop and maintain efficiency and success. If he HAD to pick one, it would be Team.

RANDY GRESH, DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Randy is a family guy. He and his wife, have 4 kids, 3 boys and 1 girl, and a GSP named Jackson. His hobbies outside of work are watching his kids participate in their extracurricular activities, golfing and hunting.
As a child, Randy wanted to be a professional golfer, which is pretty cool considering he’s been on national commercial that aired on The Golf Channel.

BRENNAN LEMAR, SPRAY DIVISION LEADER
Brennan is married to his beautiful wife, Jenna. They claim to still live in bliss, peace, and quiet as they don’t have pets or kids. Some of Brennan’s favorite past times are golfing, cooking, going out to eat at nice restaurants, binging good shows, and bugging his wife. As a child, Brennan wanted to be a professional hockey player. And fun fact, he was born in England.
The value that drives Brennan the most is customer experience. He says if we’re doing this one well, it means our other values are working and being accomplished. It’s a win-win.

SAM PETERSEN, IRRIGATION DIVISION LEADER
Sam is married to his wife, Satia, and has 2 daughters and a son. For both work and fun, Sam enjoys anything outdoors. His two favorite outdoor activities are hiking or bike rides with his family. But odds are you could also find him playing softball and broomball. As a child, he wanted to be a garbage man so he could ride on the back of the truck like they used to do.
What Sam likes best about our company values is customer experience. He describes himself as a “people pleaser” and wants customers to see there’s no better company better suited for them than All Terrain once they see our final product.

GARY GEORGE, LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DIVISION LEADER
Some of Gary’s favorite pastimes are traveling, mostly locally. He enjoys hiking, photographing wildlife, and site seeing. He claims to be a nature nerd always striving to learn more. While also being an avid board gamer, he’ll challenge anyone to a game of Catan. A fun fact about Gary is that he’s a trained cartographer, and he loves drawing and studying maps.
Gary’s favorite value of ours is TEAM because everything else falls into place.

AARON YOUNG, MAJOR ACCOUNTS DIVISION LEADER
Some of Aaron’s fun pastimes when he’s not at work are gardening, woodworking, cooking, crafts, canning, upcycling, and motorcycling. It’s safe to say, Aaron knows how to stay busy and be creative. As a child, Aaron wanted to be a Zookeeper and he was for a number of years. In fact, he’s been bit by several exotic animals, including a sloth. He is a proud owner of 2 cats.
His favorite All Terrain values is giving back. It’s a value that was instilled in him by his family growing up.

JON LUTHI, MOWING DIVISION LEADER
Whether it’s Jon’s on or off the clock, he likes to spend his time outdoors. That entails hiking, biking, camping, shooting, or just taking his yellow lab, Buddy, out for walks. He also loves comedy, reading, and some video games from time to time. As a child, Jon was convinced he would be a firefighting astronaut who played catcher for the Angels on the weekends.
His favorite All Terrain values is team. We have a great culture at All Terrain which makes working with everyone a blast. Our departments all work like one cohesive unit and it is fun to be a part of.
Favorite Food: Spaghetti or sushi. Best enjoyed separately, he won’t be making that mistake twice.

ANN OVERBY, OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Ann is a proud mom of 2 grown sons. Whenever Ann is not at the office, chances are you can find her at the lake, taking in concerts, or at a community event. Ann is hoping her next vacation is to sunny, warm Mexico. It’s almost like the lake, but a little bit bigger. As a child, Ann wanted to be a belly dancer when she grew up.
The company value that drives Ann the most is our Give Back value. She appreciates giving back to our community, just as much as she loves being a part of it.

JASLYNN BYE, BILLING COORDINATOR
Jaslynn is a wife and mother of three, which means she’s always on the go. Her sons play hockey, baseball, and football so you could say there’s a lot of nights where you can find her cheering on her boys. Outside of work and her children’s activities, you can find Jaslynn spending time with her family, at the lake, and traveling to warm, relaxing destinations.

NICOLE NYHLEN, HR/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER
Nicole is married and a mom to two girls and one boy. Typically, when Nicole isn’t at work, you can find her cheering on her kids (and their friends) at their activities like swimming, dance, lacrosse, or Taekwondo. Otherwise, if it’s just her, she can be found with a good book and a hot cup of cocoa, coffee, or Russian tea. Or building something in the garage. As a child, Nicole wanted to be an Egyptologist. She still loves the pyramids and is still extremely fascinated with Egyptian history and culture.
The value that drives Nicole the most is Customer Experience. Life is about the people you meet. Making someone’s day a little bit better by being kind isn’t something that is hard to do. You get to know the customers that you service and they can end up becoming an extension of your family.

ESTHER SAAVEDRA, MARKETING MANAGER
Esther is a happy aunt to many nieces and nephews, including two goofy little Frenchies. As a child, Esther wanted to be famous, she doesn’t like to sing in public or didn’t think she could be an actress so that didn’t pan out how she had hoped. When Esther isn’t at work, odds are she’s hanging out with her boyfriend, at a concert or out thrifting/shopping for some cool finds.
From our company values, the one that drives Esther the most is our Give Back value. Being a part of something that values giving back to others and our community shows how much they care.
