1-star Service

Here is an example of “1-star service”, as reviewed on Google Mike Farner in West Fargo. He requested a basic dethatching on April 22, 2021 and we completed the work on April 28, 2021. Here is a photograph of our work where you can clearly see lines in two directions as dethatching in two directions is standard practice at All Terrain so we ensure we get as much thatch up using the dethatching tines as possible. We are still unsure of what the actual complaint is, despite us speaking with him and visiting his property to follow up on his complaint.
